Bob Greenlaw

Co-Founder | Marketing & Leasing Specialist

Bob brings a powerful blend of corporate marketing experience and small business savvy to GK Property Management. He’s led international marketing teams and now uses those skills to promote and manage residential and commercial properties with care and precision. A proud resident of Northville Township, Bob is active in the community, volunteers his time for youth soccer, and supports multiple charitable causes. He speaks fluent Italian and Spanish, and values strong client communication and relationships.

Mike Kaczmarczyk

Co-Founder | Operations & Finance Lead

With a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan–Dearborn, Mike blends financial expertise with hands-on property management. Before launching GK Property Management, he worked as a public accountant and small business owner. A licensed Realtor since 2004 with Real Estate One, Mike is known for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to long-term client success. He lives in Livonia with his wife and three children and is deeply involved in local youth sports and community programs.
